Evaluarea stilurilor de gândire și a valorilor


In propriile mele eforturi de transformare personala, cat si in proiectele pe care le am cu cei cu care lucrez, cred intr-o abordare “pe masuratelea”.

Imi place sa vad de unde plec(am) si unde imi/ne propunem sa ajung(em).

Iar pentru evaluarea tiparelor de gandire dominante, am inceput de ceva vreme sa ma folosesc de instrumentul Circumplex.

Circumplexul este un model psihometric folosit pentru a evalua stiluri de gandire, comportament si interactiune dominante, la nivel individual, de echipa sau de organizatie.

Circumplexul face parte dintr-o metodologie mai ampla de transformare personala sau organizationala, inventata de cei de la Human Synergistics.

Cei 4 poli motivaționali

  •  N: Orientare catre Satisfactie (sa construiesc / “sa-mi fie mai bine”)
  •  S: Orientare catre Securitate (sa apar / “sa nu-mi fie mai rau”)

  • V: Orientare catre Sarcini (ma preocupa „lucrurile de facut”)
  • E: Orientare catre Oameni (ma preocupa relatiile cu cei din jur)

Trei categorii mari de tipare de gandire

Stiluri Constructive : ancorate in Satisfactie, stilurile constructive sunt despre preocuparea generala de a “imi fi mai bine” / de a construi, atat in relatie cu Sarcinile, cat si cu Oamenii.

 Stiluri Pasiv-Defensive : ancorate cu precadere in Securitate, stilurile pasiv-defensive sunt despre preocuparea de a mentine siguranta prin modul de a interactiona cu Oamenii.

Stiluri Agresiv-Defensive : ancorate cu precadere in Securitate, stilurile agresiv-defensive sunt despre preocuparea de a ma simti in siguranta prin modul de abordare a Sarcinilor.

 Stiluri Constructive 

  • Ora 11 – Rezultate
  • Ora 12 – Autodezvoltare
  • Ora 1 – Umanist-Incurajator
  • Ora 2 – Afiliere

 Stiluri Pasiv-Defensive 

  • Ora 3 – Aprobator
  • Ora 4 – Conventional
  • Ora 5 – Dependent
  • Ora 6 – Evitare

 Stiluri Agresiv-Defensive

  • Ora 10 – Perfectionist

Inainte de a continua, va invit sa observati ca raportul intre stilurile Constructive si cele Defensive este de 4 la 8, iar asta se bazeaza si pe o realitate neurostiintifica: mintea noastra a evoluat sa se concentreze pe negativ, sau, altfel spus nevoile de Securitate, bat nevoile de Satisfactie.

Acum, as vrea sa va invit la o metafora care pe mine m-a ajutat sa inteleg mai bine cum gandim:

Mintea noastra, ca un fluviu de energie psihica

Imaginati-va ca prin capul nostru curge un fluviu cu energie psihica sau cu ganduri (simplificand, va puteti uita la asta ca la minte).

Si atata timp cat curge, fluviul asta sapa si intareste santuri noi prin suprafata pe care se sprijina (simplificand, va puteti uita la asta ca la creier).

Astfel, cu cat ne concentram mai mult atentia pe anumite lucruri, cu atat intarim respectivele autostrazi neuronale / tipare de gandire.

Acum, partea cu adevarat interesanta este ca noi nu putem sa oprim acest fluviu (ca test, incercati sa nu va ganditi la nimic). El curge permanent. Tot ce putem sa facem este sa il directionam pe diferite fire de apa.

Adica, sa alegem constient pe ce vrem sa ne concentram atentia, intelegand ca asta va genera in timp noi tipare de gandire dominante.

Circumplexul masoara „cata apa (energie psihica) curge pe fiecare fir (cele 12 stiluri de gandire)”.
