Despre PCM

Process Communication Model este o teorie de personalitate și comunicare premiată cu aplicabilități în autocunoaștere, dezvoltarea echipelor, comunicare și relaționare, negociere, vânzări, rezolvarea conflictelor, coaching și psihoterapie.

De la descoperirea sa în 1976, PCM a fost folosit cu succes la NASA în programul de selecție și pregătire a echipelor, cât și în pregătirea comunicațională a președinților americani.

Bill Clinton spunea despre Taibi Khaler (inventatorul PCM): „Taibi Kahler is a genius. He knows more about personality dynamics than anyone else in the world.„

Până în prezent, metodologia Process Communication Model are în spate 40 de ani de cercetare și rafinare, iar validarea sa a fost realizată cu peste 1.000.000 de profile lucrate.

Tematica celor 3 zile de training în Process Communication Model

ZIUA 1

Introducere în Process Communication Model: ce este PCM, cum a apărut, aplicabilitatile și rezultatele modelului
Setarea așteptărilor: calibrarea cursului (a studiilor de caz și componentei practice) la nevoile participanților
Neuroștiința și Sisteme perceptuale: înțelegerea modelului prin care oamenii își reprezintă mental realitatea și identificarea celor 6 sisteme perceptuale descoperite de dr. Kahler (gânduri, opinii, emoții, acțiuni, reacții, reflecții)
Arhitectura personalității și Tipuri de personalitate: definirea și înțelegerea celor 6 tipuri de personalitate care alcătuiesc structura personalității noastre
Personality Pattern Inventory – participanții primesc rezultatele chestionarului care indică structura personalității fiecăruia

ZIUA 2

Stiluri de management: prezentarea celor 4 stiluri de management cu avantaje și dezavantaje specifice, în relație cu fiecare Tip de personalitate
Moduri de comunicare: descrierea celor 4 energii (cuvinte, ton, gestică, mimică, postură) folosite de oameni in comunicare și corelarea lor cu Tipurile de personalitate
Canale de comunicare: calibrarea diferitelor Moduri de comunicare anterior descrise pentru a avea parte de comunicare și relaționare eficiente
Preferințe de mediu: descoperirea mediilor preferate și a celor lipsite de productivitate pentru fiecare Tip de personalitate
Motivație și Nevoi psihologice: descoperirea celor 8 motivatori psihologici fundamentali și corelarea lor cu fiecare Tip de personalitate

ZIUA 3

Fazarea: ințelegerea dinamicii ce guvernează modificările și evoluția comportamentelor noastre și a Nevoilor psihologice
Secvențe de stres / Managementul conflictelor: înțelegerea celor 3 secvențe de stres specifice fiecărui Tip de personalitate și descoperirea celor mai eficiente moduri de a gestiona potențiale conflicte
Strategii de intervenție: înțelegerea abordărilor comunicaționale și de management potrivite în funcție de fiecare structură de personalitate.

Programul cursului este de la ora 10.00 pana la ora 18.00.
Pauza este 2 ore in jurul pranzului.

Costul cursului include un abonament pe 3 luni in platforma MindArchitect.ro care ajuta la aprofundarea si integrarea cunostintelor discutate in cadrul celor 3 zile de trainig.
