The Process Communication Model - or PCM for short - is a program that allows you to individualize communication. What makes it so powerful is that it’s based on skills, not rules. Interactive and useful [mai mult] seminar really helped me understand myself and how I currently communicate/miscommunicate and potentially improve my personal and professional communication. Course was excellent, worth the time. Paul was exceptional, knew the content and knew how to apply it to the situation.
