CONCEPT

ADN Vocațional este un program de autocunoaștere și orientare profesională care te ajută să îți identifici vocația și apoi să faci primii pași în a construi o carieră sustenabilă în jurul ei.

Pornind de la un cadru unic – modelul TPVM-P (Talente, Pasiuni, Valori, Motivații și Personalitate) – vei înțelege cum se împletesc aceste componente în tine și cum îți pot ghida deciziile de carieră într-un mod autentic și sustenabil.

Programul combină știința, cu exerciții practice, teste psihometrice și reflecție ghidată în demersul de a te ajuta să descoperi ce ți se potrivește cu adevărat.

Fie că ești la început de drum, în pragul unei schimbări importante sau sprijini alți oameni în astfel de tranziții, acest program este un instrument puternic de clarificare, aliniere și acțiune. ADN Vocațional nu îți spune „ce să devii”, ci te ajută să descoperi singur răspunsul, cu claritate și încredere în cine ești.
