Process Communication Model


Process Communication Model este o teorie de personalitate și comunicare premiată, cu aplicabilități în cunoaștere de sine, dezvoltarea echipelor, comunicare și relaționare, negociere, vânzări, rezolvarea conflictelor, coaching și psihoterapie.

De la descoperirea sa în 1976, PCM a fost folosit cu succes la NASA în programul de selecție și pregătire a echipelor, cât și în pregătirea comunicațională a oficialilor americani.

Tematica zilelor de formare introductivă (PCM Fundament)

ZIUA 1

  • Introducere în Process Communication Model: ce este PCM, cum a apărut, aplicabilitatea și rezultatele modelului
  • Setarea așteptărilor: calibrarea cursului (a studiilor de caz și componentei practice) la nevoile participanților
  • Ce face sistemul nervos și cum afectează comunicarea: o perspectivă actuală despre ce și cum face sistemul nervos în comunicare
  • Modele mentale și sisteme perceptuale: înțelegerea modelului prin care oamenii își reprezintă mental realitatea și identificarea celor 6 sisteme perceptuale descoperite de dr. Kahler (gânduri, opinii, emoții, acțiuni, reacții, reflecții)
  • Arhitectura personalității și paliere ale personalității: definirea și înțelegerea celor 6 tipuri de personalitate care alcătuiesc structura personalității noastre
  • Personality Pattern Inventory (raport individual) – participanții descoperă propria arhitectură a personalității cu Percepții, Puncte Forte, Canale de comunicare preferate, Preferințe de Mediu (productive), ierarhia Nevoilor Psihologice, predispoziția în diferite Grade de Stres

ZIUA 2

  • Q&A din profilele individuale + Recapitulare: întrebări din profilele individuale și / sau clarificări teoretice din materialul parcurs în ziua 1
  • Stiluri de interacțiune / management: prezentarea celor 4 stiluri de management cu avantaje și dezavantaje specifice, în relație cu fiecare Tip de personalitate
  • Moduri de comunicare: descrierea celor 4 energii (cuvinte, ton, gestică, mimică, postură) folosite de oameni în comunicare și corelarea lor cu Tipurile de personalitate
  • Canale de comunicare: calibrarea diferitelor Moduri de comunicare anterior descrise pentru a avea parte de comunicare și relaționare eficiente
  • Preferințe de mediu: descoperirea mediilor preferate și a celor lipsite de productivitate pentru fiecare Tip de personalitate
  • Introducere  în Profiling (citirea arhitecturii personalității celor din jur): exerciții practice de profilare folosind Process Communication Model în comunicare interpersonală, scrisă și în discurs public

ZIUA 3

  • Profiling aprofundat (citirea arhitecturii personalității celor din jur): exerciții practice de profilare cu grad de dificultate crescut și aplicate în viața de zi cu zi
  • Motivație și Nevoi psihologice: înțelegerea celor 8 motivații psihologice universale și aplicarea lor în relație cu fiecare Tip de personalitate
  • Secvențe de stres / Managementul conflictelor: înțelegerea celor 3 secvențe de stres specifice fiecărui Tip de personalitate și exersarea celor mai eficiente moduri de a gestiona potențiale conflicte
  • Strategii de intervenție: rezumarea abordărilor comunicaționale și de management potrivite în funcție de fiecare arhitectură de personalitate
  • Practică video + Q&A: ultima zi este cu precădere dedicată practicii și adresării întrebărilor în baza teoriei lucrate în primele două zile
  • Recomandări de aprofundare + next steps: discutarea pașilor următori pentru a crește retenția și operaționalizarea celor învățate în cele 3 zile introductive de formare

Sesiune de clarificare și aprofundare (PCM Avansat)

CONCEPT și UTILITATE

În cei 15 ani de practică am descoperit că puterea și impactul Process Communication Model este direct proporțională și cu complexitatea metodologiei.

Din această rațiune, exclusiv pentru persoanele care au parcurs cele 3 zile de introducere în PCM, am creat o sesiune specială de recapitulare, Q&A și aprofundare.

Ideal, participarea la această sesiune are loc la câteva săptămâni de la urmarea cursului introductiv, astfel încât informația să fie încă proaspătă, totodată existând și timp pentru practicarea modelului în situațiile din lumea reală, acasă și la birou.

Cei care se înscriu la sesiunea de aprofundare vor avea ocazia să trimită întrebări și nevoi de clarificare sau aprofundare înainte de curs, astfel încât sesiunea să fie cât mai utilă și pliată pe nevoile acestora.

TEMATICĂ

  • Q&A: răspunsuri la întrebările colectate pe mail înaintea începerii cursului.
  • Clarificări teoretice: clarificări și revizitări pe aspecte teoretice și practice discutate în cele 3 zile de curs (dacă sunt necesare).
  • Neuroștiința și Arhitectura Memoriei: introducere în neuroștiința și arhitectura memoriei umane, cu scopul de a seta un cadru de înțelegere conceptuală pentru reperul următor.
  • Fazare (de ce fazăm): cum și de ce unele persoane trăiesc schimbări de fază, iar altele nu. Înțelegerea experiențelor din primii ani din copilărie și impactul acestora asupra transformărilor din viața adultă.
  • Fazare (studii de caz video): exemple video + debriefing cu procese de fazare care să faciliteze și mai bine înțelegerea teoriei discutate anterior.
  • Discuție liberă: sesiunea se încheie cu alte nevoi, curiozități sau teme pe care participanții simt să le ridice, diferite de întrebările colectate și adresate la începutul cursului.
