Neuroștiinta Comunicării

Programul de „Neuroștiința Comunicării” propune o abordare actuală și validată științific, ce integrează cele mai relevante descoperiri din neuroștiință și psihologie în practicarea comunicării publice și interpersonale.

Cursul are ca obiectiv să ajute oameni și organizații să își înțeleagă cu claritate și profunzime propriile resorturi interioare, cum influențează ele comunicarea și felul în care construim și cultivăm relații cu cei din jur.

În cadrul programului ne propunem:

  •  să conștientizăm cum funcționează creierul nostru în comunicarea și interacțiunea cu ceilalți;
  • să înțelegem relația de interdependență între creier, minte și relații și cum toate cele trei se transformă când comunicăm;

TEORIE APLICATĂ

Cursul este construit în jurul înțelegerii și aplicătrii conceptelor și metodologiilor studiate în relație cu provocările cotidiene din viața personală și profesională.

EVALUARE PSIHOMETRICĂ INDIVIDUALĂ

Fiecare participant va avea parte de o evaluare psihometrică Life Style Inventory, cu scopul de a aduce mai multă claritate cu privire la propriile valori și stiluri de gândire, în relație cu felul în care comunicăm și interacționăm.

PRACTICĂ ȘI STUDII DE CAZ VIDEO

Invățarea și transformarea se întâmplă practicând, așa că programul oferă o serie de experiențe de practică, jocuri de rol și studii de caz video în relație cu obiectivele și nevoile participanților.
